Minimum Experience from 3 to 5 years working with SFDC
Knowledge of Salesforce, FinancialForce, or another professional services automation system is a plus.
Knowledge about permissions management, scripting, database management, building queries, business analysis.
Familiarity with cloud services.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts.
Understanding of Sales Process and interrelated areas (accounting, support, legal process) to build strong relationships with key groups.
Ability to decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com, and all upstream and downstream processes.
Understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
