A Business Process Lead will lead business process improvements/ transformation for IM Cloud to optimize experience, streamline processes while improving overall effectiveness and efficiencies. BPL understands best practices for business architecture, performance improvement and process design. This role will define, standardize, evolve as-is and to-be business capabilities, conduct analysis to recommend prioritization of capabilities. BPL will work closely with cross functional organizationally, partnering with IT and business stakeholders.
BPL facilitates the implementation and support of SAP S4 BRIM to enhance IM Cloud’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Acts as liaison with IM Cloud business for troubleshooting investigates, analyses, and work with IT to solves software problems and maps business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy IM Cloud needs.
