C2030 is a regional transformation project in which the main economic, business and knowledge stakeholders in Cantabria already take part.
Its process of development, carried out throughout 2018, eas structured in two phases. On the one hand, preparation of an exhaustive diagnosis of the starting point in Cantabria. On the other, the design of its goals, lines of work and structure.
